The setup

The equipment behind my videos and articles. My setup has grown over time. You don't need everything here to make good coffee.

Gaggimate PRO

Gaggia Classic

My machine for daily espresso. Gaggimate Pro adds PID temperature control, pressure profiles, and stop-by-weight. The Classic's small boiler still sets limits, which I discuss in my six-month review.

Dual Boiler

Lelit Bianca V3

My dual-boiler machine with a manual flow-control paddle. I use it alongside the modified Classic and compare their workflows in my video and article.

Grinder

Eureka Mignon

The flat-burr grinder I use with both machines. It has stepless grind adjustment; I also use a larger adjustment wheel to make changes easier.

Hand Grinder

Comandante

My hand grinder for filter coffee, occasional espresso, and travel. I like its build and the consistent results in my routine.

Accessories

The little things matter. A bottomless portafilter shows me what my puck prep is doing, WDT breaks up clumps, and good scales keep dose and yield where they should be.

Behind The Scenes

Filming Gear

Most videos are shot on a lightweight hybrid setup so I can capture espresso workflow details, closeups, and B-roll without overcomplicating production.
